White guy here. We do taco Tuesday. Make fresh corn tortillas and do different ones every week. Birria, cheeks tounge carnitas and sometimes gringo(white people tacos). Fish shrimp as well. Kids like helping press the tortillas and always love eating it. Probably won’t do tounge again. It was good just a pain.
We celebrate every year the NBA draft 41st pick by making Taco Bell Quesaritos (it's double taco bread with cheese in between then grilled) in honour of NBA champ/MVP Nikola Jokic being picked at 41 while a Taco Bell Quesaritos was being played live on the air instead. Serbian plum brandy goes really well with it, as do grilled hot peppers.
