I always loved this old trance song and the different interpretations of the video. To me, the woman (model) is unhappy in the superficial, materialistic world and feels like she doesn’t belong on this earth plane. As if she came from else where, longing for something more, otherworldly. She escapes, runs into the forest, finds a box on the forest floor from another planet, and morphs into her original form, which is a child; Innocent, and unscathed by the world. She then travels back to outerspace (or an other worldly dimension) to her original Home. Then turns into a Pure energy Burst of Light, as her essence/being dissipates and scatters into the universe, back to its original form, which is formless.
"The box" could be a representation of the Black Cube of Saturn. They are everywhere in the world: The UK, Australia, the Twin Towers memorial, in Mecca, and what Jews wear on their heads. It has a lot of symbolism in religions! From being a representation of the material world through to the dark magic of Satanism... I'd say it wasn't accidental. 😁
It's more inspired by 2001 to me. The black monolith and how Dave Bowman goes on a trippy light fantastic journey through space/time which ultimately reverts him to a child and then to an essence.

I remember when PO released Bunkka. Southern Sun, of course, was my favorite track of the album. Still is 20 years later. But I was always fascinated by how much of a departure this is from, say, maybe his earlier album, Tranceport. Very eclectic to say the least.
