To me, regardless of what GEN or Branch they are from, if they have shown the following qualities: - Versatility. - Musicality. - Wide range. - Unique Voice Then they can be considered quite a powerhouse in comparison to their genmates/branch-mates. So, going back to Azki, she is a great singer who possesses those qualities as well, but we have the other nine to consider. Azki, in my opinion, does not have a voice that can stand out, similar to what you mentioned: she lacks "power". So, I apologize if this offends any Azki fans, but keep in mind that, when creating any type of ranking or list format, it all comes down to your personal preferences and biases towards the voice that resonates with you the most, which is why those ten singers are currently on my list 😀
