@dietcokeandrainbows I agree. There is no one single right answer, but there is the "right" that's right for you, and the "right" that's right for me etc. And all we gotta do is intuitively let our souls guide us to those truths that feel right to us. :)

I have to say though that you mention several times that these books answer questions for you - I personally don't really think that a person or a book can provide us with answers to life's questions because there are no single right answers - we have to just be aware of different ways of thinking and draw our own conclusions. that said, i'm very interested to read these books and see what they have to say!

Leyla, could you and Mimi make a video about maybe showing or talking about meatless meals that you eat. I recently went 3 weeks without eating any meat except fish but caved a couple days ago because I felt like I didn't know what to eat! I also feel like it's too hard. If you guys made a video talking about why you stopped eating meat and how you dealt with the tempation (if you had any), it would help me sooo much!
Great books. The Alchemist is my all time fav book. I haven't seen it with that cover though.. Very cool. About 10 years ago when I was working at a mall, the old custodian that would stop in to chat gave me The Four Agreements.. I think of him every time I see it. Loved that book as well. My dad told me the same think when i read Eckhart Tolle...to read it in chapters because it is a lot to take in :) You really do have to be ready to read his books.
I love the low brow, facebook, high fiving, soccer mom, "your awesome, i'm awesome" dingbat books that you recommend. They are so more relevant and important than Salinger, Hemingway, and David Foster Wallace.

I know it scares many people this word but myself I was challenged to read it and it gave me a different outlook on life. Dont listen to the media just give it a try it wont hurt. I read just one of Paulo Coelho called 'Eleven Minutes'. After I read the first chapter I realised that the book was not meant for teens like me....... so whenever I choose Paulo Coelho's books I'm very careful!
