We do a lot of 5/20 accelerations or 4x30 and 4x40 plus plyos. Power is strength over time. Doing something slow will not get you fast. Thanks Latif!
what was she saying in the beginning? dont run 2 x100 do shorter distances?
Basically- don't run slow in practice as a workout. Run at race pace or faster or you're not training to get faster. -LT
