Iam an acca student I had taken auditing and assurance in the prev attempt One thing about acca which everyone is not sharing is time Alotted during the exam. 3hrs is the only time we get to complete a 100 mark question paper As it is a computer based exam we want adequate knowledge on microsoft excel to complete problem based papers And Should have fast typing skills on theory based exam I wont able to pass my previous exam due to the lack of time. Not only the time the core sylllabus of the acca is comparatively hard. Good knowledge of concepts is very much relevant here. Otherwise it is very difficult to pass the subject So students who are eager to join acca kept this in mind. Dont fall in the fantasy world of coaching institutes. NB:personal opinion

Funny how you say that an ACCA has the same knowledge and scope as a CA in India would..... No offense but there's a stark contrast between both the kinds of exams and their students
Not same knowledge. Acca has no knowledge about indian taxation and indian company laws. Acca has far more practical and logical syllabus than Indian CA in respect of similar kind of subjects like Financial reporting, performance management, Auditing, Financial management. CA needs more hardwork to pass as students has to handle so much of syllabus and at the same time has to mug up many things exactly from the books otherwise you will not get marks. Heavy practice of numericals required. Acca needs intelligency and deep digging the concepts. You will not pass even if you complete your full book several times if you are not strong with the concepts because in Acca concept understanding is more important than heavy practice of numericals. I have studied for both the courses. Passed CA inter. Before articleship came to know about Acca and now taking decision to not prepare for CA final and going to complete my Acca as its syllabus is much more interesting to learn. For many subjects CA and ACCA has same syllabus but the way their exams make us to study those topics is completely different. In Acca you will feel like you are being provided training for the future practical work. In CA preparation i always feel like preparing for the exams. But the opportunities for CA in India will always remain at the top because its indian course and can work any where in india and no foreign degree ( which work in only MNCs) can match the opportunity.

When I was registering for acca.. while paying for initial registration (30.00gbp) i couldn't because the international transaction has been disable.. when i refreshed the page it shows that I have been already registered as a student.. the problem is I have got my username(7 numbers) for myacca account but i didn't set my password for it but I still got registered as an acca student.. someone help what should I do 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I thought of doing ACCA. And after a lot of research I found Zell suitable for me. It has many positives like Platinum partner, services, unlimited views, 18 months timeline, etc. I enrolled in Zell and as soon as I paid the fees, I got access to LMS portal it's detailed explanation but they did not fulfiled the promised timeline for registration. This service was very bad. I have heard that Zell takes a lot of time for ACCA registation. I experienced the same. It took >30 days.They only give date on date. Very disappointed!!!

Bro CFA and ACCA Is completely different.. ACCA - core account & finance filed. ( Audit) ( UK tax) (risk advisory) ( financial controller) ( account head) etc etc CFA - portfolio management, treasury department etc ACCA professional level exam ( AfM ) is equal to CFA Level 1 There is a more chances you will get Job after doing ACCA with normal college compare to CFA with normal college. Cfa along will not help to get a good job unless you are from very good college or working already in finance industry.
