I agree Chelsea Manalo is a winner because I do not know any of the MUPH I just watch in RUclips during the actual coronation night I saw Miss Taguig I like her to win Miss Baguio is beautiful and Miss north Quizon I like these women any of them to be Miss Philippines but when I saw Chelsea Manalo performed I said this is the winner and it happened I am from California I dealt a lot with African American people they have beauty that’s unique that really mesmerize and captivates you they can beat those white or asean people’s beauty both men and women

It was a great surprise!! In this case, I was glad I was wrong. I got 4 of the top 5 correct but had them in a different order.
