Thank you dear Sir you solved my problem about fringe width. I was confused how finding the width by considering nearby fringe distance works. You explained at 47:15 very well. I took the fringes as sharp block which they are not. High regards.

sir for every fringe how can we know the path differce will be exactly same from the point where bright fringe start and to the point where it ends.......do we take width equal to twice of amplitude for constructive so it will have consistance brightness for the entire width and if like wise for black then black should be less wide than bright ya phir hm ye khein ki bright k leay us width ki brightness hr tra k amplitudes ki he jo constructive result dety hein aur black k leay b agr sare e amplitudes dark result dein to us ko bi aik tra ka black nae hona chaey kch gaga zada dark and kch gaga km?? am i right sir
sir is ur lectures covers all topics for iit or I have to learn from somewhere else . please reply sir because my jee exam is in 2016 and I only depends upon ur videos for physics .
Sir plz reply to this doubt While calculating width of bright fring if we choose (2n+1)λD/2d(it is also odd multiple of λ/2) then eqn becomes (2n+1)λD/2d - {2(n-1)+1}λD/2d After solving it comes out to be 3λD/2d which is incorrect.. Plzzz make this doubt clear
