YES! More content like this! PLEASE. There are so many videos on tech, gear, plugins, mixing, recording, etc. but not enough engineer/producer/studio business info. Thank you!
This is the type of content I like to see. Super helpful. I love he explained everything in detail with the actual mindset of a producer/engineer and also for someone who's starting out.
This video outlines a great mindset that sets you up for success. I am not from this industry, but I find this helpful. The positive vibes, the nice photography, and the good audio make watching a pleasure. To Sean and ADAM Audio: well done! So keep the videos coming!
Great to hear this story. Cool idea that you may give some services for cheaper or free to a potential long term client, but also give invoice to show the value.
7:53 Hold on, hold on. I don't quite agree with THAT now. Speak for yourself. In general...I think people resort to going down this path because they enjoy it and hope to make money with it to support the hobby but I don't believe it's their intention to not get a real job. I went to school and got 4 degrees...all in very technical fields of Mathematics and Physics. That has helped me a lot to make money to support my interest in making music. Making music is still secondary right now, it's because I love it...not because I don't want to get a real job. I have a real job. I need to pay for all the gear I have because I haven't made enough with music to quit my day job.
Very good interview and video. I really needed to hear this today, was feeling a bit in a rut do to the Corona virus thing going on. Now I feel enthusiastic and will go down to my studio and practice on a couple mixes.
I enjoy these contents so much Adam Audio! One day i’m gonna make enough bucks to get monitors from you guys 💯 And really thank you for sharing all these amazing infos!

Working through problems either technical or with people. You will get discouraged at times but keep at it.
