  • With all of the excitement with The Mill about to start moving in tenants, here is part of the the pre renovation video archiving project Prattville Alive partnered with Ann Boutwell and the Autauga County Heritage Association has put together to help preserve the history of the complex.

    We have one of the first cotton gins produced small one wood came up to see the family cemetery as well

    He also funded George Cooke, largest oil no painting is hung in Georgia University tied to NOLA

    Oh and the China place wear literally came from china. Lol Pratt did the railroad as well donated half to a black man named Charles Atwood they actually did alittle Underground Railroad and did the artillery fir the confederacy at Brieffield Ironworks the Bibb County monument protected by Alabama Supreme Court was erected by my branch Leonard Calloway Pratt.     I He got the idea from a black man about the cotton gin, so basically he stole the idea of my black man Oprah Winfrey even said it and did the research on it
