Exercising can keep you "young" to a point, as you get older. Practice has to be constant, like 2-3 times a week. I'm 77 and people think I'm 57, because i move with a very limber body. This comes from using weights since 16 and practicing Americcan Kenpo (and teaching) for over fifty years. Jason does the correct workouts for staying limber. He's got a girlfriend that is 20 years younger, so he's got to keep in shape! Sifu
