Nice walkthrough Wiley! We looked at his boat over a year ago, before we purchased our Cat. Very nice and very clean boat. Optioned nicely and we really liked the 2 head layout. Not sure about the boom furring main though. As you mentioned, she was overpriced when we looked at her. I see they have dropped the price a tad but not nearly enough IMO.
I like the head/cabin layout also, but also unsure about the boom furling, and feel like having all electric winches seems like overkill that just needlessly adds to the price.
Since I find it highly unlikely a yacht salesman/broker would not own a yacht, what do you and family own? Never will be a yacht owner (age/health) but really enjoy your videos.
Hi Wiley is it me or have the prices of the used Cats gone up considerably. Now remember I've been shopping for over a year now and since this frenzy (irma/Maria) it's getting a little ridiculous on these prices . I remember the video you put out just after the storms ....I'm sure you'll remember it .... you stirred the pot up real well on brokers & prices . Well from my stand point it just seems that the prices just keep going up. I sure hope you can enlighten me on this because frankly I'm getting a little nervous I may have to settle on something less..... like a monohull 🤔🤔🤔😢😢😢😢😭😭😭

Agree HIGHLY overpriced as in same local they have a 2018 Lagoon 40 S2 that is pending at about $425,000.
