I was expecting a sweet light romcom, so I wasn't prepared for this movie to make me cry! Really beautiful moments. Nice movie to watch. Both the mains were incredible. Also gotta say, the colors, styling and Hathaways red outfit at the end. Chefs kiss. Gorgeous!

What a wonderful well made movie. love Nicholas and Anna. The chemistry between them is amazing. He loves her from the bottom of his heart. His eyes glows when he is with her. Anna is amazing, brings emotion without being over dramatic. loved the movie.
I absolutely loved the movie. It was refreshing and had an enlightening message that love has no age. It’s about having the maturity to love without age restrictions.
The main characters did an outstanding job of transmitting a true feeling. I give it a thumps up 👍🏼

Absolutely loved this movie. Anne Hathaway was brilliant in role of older woman and the songs were very catchy. What an adorable pair they made though I felt sorry for her daughter getting a hard time at school.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND watching the Idea of You. I've always loved Anne Hathaway as an actress and I first saw Nicholas Galitzine in Purple Hearts (Love that movie and LOVED him in that). The two have a great chemistry and made the movie that more interesting. I wondered why it was rated R and there is one particular scene where I could see that. I didn't care too much for the end because I wanted more. I see that the author is in the middle of writing a sequel so I hope we can see more of that chemistry with these 2. I would love to see what happens!

That movie was soooo good. A nice lighthearted romantic film. Definitely some funny moments but wow just a great enjoyable film. And I am a 38 year old gay guy saying this. Awesome acting by both leads.
This was just the perfect anecdote to everything. Just watch this if you are feeling jaded, or done with all the horribleness of life. I already loved Anne Hathaway, I knew she was a great actress, but she can be a sexy actress as well, my God! This film wasn't near enough explicit for my tastes (Lol) but she did amazingly well "implying" all it allowed her to imply.
Chemistry was great. Just a really solid rom-com. Worth a watch 100%
Oh so adorable! A very enjoyable movie. Anne Hathaway is, as ever, excellent! I am convinced by her! Supporting people are super too. Everyone will 'just hate' the father! This is a great way to spend a couple of hours and hopefully remember it's my life to live. I must live a life of love and compassion for me too! Thanks!

Not what I expected. I think Anne is a good actress. I was hoping it would have more substance like “ Under the Tuscan Sun or Eat, Pray, Love”. It’s another Cougar movie. Jennifer Lopez already did this, but he lived next door. It shows a 40 year old woman following a young guy on tour . It makes society think that older, educated women will drop everything and hurt her child to go romping around.
I loved the movie just not the ending. Spoilers
How they met was very believable. Their chemistry was great. The 1st breakup felt real. The 2nd breakup felt real too but revisit 5 years wasn't necessary.

Absolutely appalling. This form of art is not to be veiwed by any form of life. This is the most cringe and distasteful movie of all time. Horrendous is being generous. Watch this movie if you enjoy watching cheap, non-comedic, romance movie, this movie is perfect for you. Grab some popcorn and prepare to tear your eyes and ears out. So glad this movie didn’t go to theatres so poor humans can waste their hard earned life savings to watch this garbage. A-list actors in this movie must’ve been desperate for cash, cause this was a low point in their careers.
