Just did my timing belt, water pump, new cooling fan and radiator, I've been a commercial fisherman up in Alaska for twevle years and delt with maintenance of desel engines, but this was the first time taking on a wrenching project this big without any back up. I followed your advice to the T, built my own angle iron harmonic pully-puller setup, even reused my coolant after straining through cheese cloth. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your skills.
Thank god a video of the same car I have and can't ever find video on my car.... but he make this look so easy.... but get I'll study this video before I start...

I guess I just learned what a Woodruff Key is. Your video doesn't show it. Is its removal required to remove lower timing belt pulley?
I cannot get the lower timing belt pulley off. The puller even ripped the ends of the pulley off. Any ideas? Torch heat or another kind of tool?
But how do you line the marks up with belt still on....
Hi,how did u make the tool you show to pull the crankshaft timing sprocket pulley coz my 1997 Tercel sprocket is stock it won't badge!
