গুঁড়া দুধের রসমালাই | Milk Powder Rashmalai | Easy Roshmalai Recipe Bangla | Rosh Molai

Roshmalai is a very popular sweet in any Southeast Asian countries. Originally Roshmalai is made from curd but it is also possible to make it with milk powder. It saves a lot of time and tastes very similar to the original one. Also making Roshmalai with curd is a bit more completed. This is the recipe if you want to eat Roshmalai at home without difficulties. Very fewer ingredients are required to make this Milk Powder Roshmalai also take very less time. I hope you will like this simple sweet recipe.
Ingredients:
1. Powder Milk: 1 Cup
2. All purpose Flour: 1tsp
3. Baking Powder: 1/2 Tsp
4. Gree: 1/2Tbsp
5. Egg: 2 Medium sizes.
6. Milk: 3 Cup
7. Sugar: 1/2 Cup
8. Cardamom Powder: 1/2 Tsp
9. Safran: 1 Pinch (Optional)
10. Thickened milk: 1/2 Cup
11. Chopped pistachios for decoration

It can be because you've added more ghee than you need. But you can always add a little bit of milk powder then add the liquid milk or egg(whatever you're using to make the dough) accordingly. But make sure the dough is soft and sticky. And for that if you have to add more milk or egg then add more of it.
