Our Plato's had their 90% off today and i spent $190 for 6 overflowing Ikea bags full of great stuff. About to dig in and start listing!
About 6 months ago, I switched my sourcing model to almost exclusively buy sell trade stores and it has been amazing. Especially when you find high end things for cheap! Just yesterday, I found Doen NWT jeans for $35, Mother jeans for 12.99, and Veronica Beard jeans for 22. I think of it like someone picked out all the good stuff in the thrift store for me and then I pick what I want out of that lol. Great haul!!!
I went to donate to Plato’s closet once and they didn’t want any of my stuff. 😅😂

I used to live in Chatham and worked at the Goodwill Career Centre. Do you live in Windsor, Sarnia, Chatham, or London? I think that’s where the GW stores are located. 😂 I wish they had the bins like they do in the USA. I currently live in Kingston, Ontario and am thinking about crossing into New York to visit some of their stores 🤣
You gotta go to Platos when they're doing those Clearance Dale's. The platos in my area was doing 70% off clearance and I bought HELLA shoes. They're doing $5 on all clearance thos weekend and I'm about to tear them up!! Lol

I recently took some items from my closet to my local buy sell trade store. Got $150 and exchanged that for a pair of Vejas, two Lululemon abc pants, Agoldie and frame jeans and a new with tags Madewell jumpsuit.
I think I would have passed out from excitement in that second store 😂 those are such amazing finds!

Wow...love this! I haven't sourced there in awhile...we have one about 30 minutes from me and also an Uptown Cheapskate and a Clothes Mentor. I have never been to the Uptown Cheapskate but I think I'll check it out along with Plato's again really soon! =)

I have never had any luck selling my stuff there. They bought a ton of my husband's stuff. He's more hip than me. LOL There are definitely deals at plato's and once upon a child, especially on sale days.
