We love living out here. It’s quiet and if you have great neighbors it’s a definite score. Plenty of room between your houses without any hoa. You can even have your own personal farm. The weather is even a few degrees cooler. Having some extra land is so nice.
There are no homes in 'west' Wittmann as close to a mountain-hill as the home showed at the 6 minute mark. But the building it's self is very similar to a local 'custom' build of that square foot size on an acre-quarter lot.
I live in wittmann have been here 20 years and the one thing I can tell you that the new residents have been complaining about once they move is No one told them that we are FREE RANGE out here and that means if u don't want the cows pooping or eating your plants in your yard then you have to have a fence around your property many people are angry when this happens and no one told them so you should include such info for your video and honestly I don't like how many new residents we have been getting thats why we move out here but we can try and are trying to stop it but growth is inevitable.
Build options can vary depending on your financial situation. But in general you can buy land first then build a home, find a builder that owns the land already and will work with you/us to build the home, or there is a couple of large builders that already have the land and floorplans selected so you just select the finishes of the home. You forgot to mention the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant is about 30 miles from Wittmann! Just some FYI.

You didn't mention internet access, it's a mess and there aren't any good ones really besides starlink.
