On Brian's vlive, I think people were suggesting the name Gangwon-do which is a combination of their names, and also a province in SK close to Seoul (if I'm not wrong). Hahahaha. I don't think it'll be the official unit name but for now that's what the fandom is calling them.
Tbf when I first found that out I was shocked too xD I thought Bob & Brian were the oldest, and Jae a little older than Wonpil. Also I think he‘s the only oldest member out of all the groups that I stan that isn‘t considered „the mom“. So that contributed to the fact that I thought Brian was the (second) oldest, because he‘s „the mom“ xD And when I found out that Jae was the oldest I was even more surprised to see that he was 28. Along with Dowoon being 25. I though Dowoon was like 21 and Jae was 25.

Hey here’s a bit on Dowoon’s drumkits and what he uses, if anyone’s curious. His first kit was a Sonor with Meinl cymbals, which he occasionally switched out for a Canopus. He then used a Pearl drumkit (don’t know what the cymbals are), and now mostly uses a DW kit (I believe a Collector’s Series) with Zildjian A Custom Cymbals. When it comes to acrylic drums, he used a Crush Acrylic set (not sure what the cymbals were) in the Zombie MV. I’m not sure what drumsticks he uses. Sorry thank you for reading this long comment (might’ve seen me do this on the Shoot Me live video)

my friend/officemate suggested day6's moonrise (album) to me. she thought i might like it because i've been sharing songs of similar genre in my ig stories recently. she's wrong tho, i don't like it -- i love it, that is why i am now here knowing the band. lol. although listening to them is new to me, their music hits nostalgia real hard. it's like i've been listening to them for years. i'm not sure what it's called but, yeah, the feeling is nice. Thank you for your starter kit videos! Came here from a search after watching a Classical Musicians React/reacttothek episode to a Day6 song (the animation one with the sea???) and got curious about the group behind such a lovely and poignant song. I love the format of factoids on one side with the name, and all the great subbed clips on the other side, thank you, it was a great selection of clips!
I’m a fan of their song but as a band themselves I haven’t put my souls on it but because of Jae, seeing him every time on twitch being a human being makes me want to stan them totally❤️

I don't want to call myself a new fan but I really liked Zombie (the only day6 song i know currently) and looking forward to their comeback TBOU: Negentropy) YoungK is the first day6 member whose face I memorized first because of Beomgyu co-dj-ing him in his radio show. So far, I think I know who's who. The vocal line (jae, youngk, wonpil, sungjin) is really impressive. I think my favorite is Youngk's vocals ( in Zombie hehe)

I got to know them through Got7 since Young K and Youngjae used to be the mcs on idol radio but discoverdd their talent during their Got7x Day 6 stage collab for Mama 2017, their rock version of Never ever is a masterpiece I always come back to it ! I hope Day 6 gets more recognition and their own stage at Mama next time !

i’ve been listening to day6 for quite some time now and i’ve deceded to stan them. i only know jae (since i saw his streams of among us and saw him in the show hwaiting) but even when i was listening to them before, i didn’t actually know their names yet. I GREATLY APPRECIATE THIS VIDEO MAN 😭

Came here from a search after watching a Classical Musicians React/reacttothek episode to a Day6 song (the animation one with the sea???) and got curious about the group behind such a lovely and poignant song. I love the format of factoids on one side with the name, and all the great subbed clips on the other side, thank you, it was a great selection of clips!

I’m a fan of their song but as a band themselves I haven’t put my souls on it but because of Jae, seeing him every time on twitch being a human being makes me want to stan them totally❤️

YoungK is the first day6 member whose face I memorized first because of Beomgyu co-dj-ing him in his radio show. So far, I think I know who's who.
The vocal line (jae, youngk, wonpil, sungjin) is really impressive. I think my favorite is Youngk's vocals ( in Zombie hehe)

I tripped and fell into a rabbit hole. Thank you with all my heart for this guide. I knew Day6 from their pre-debut days to debut but never dived deeper into them and didn't even know their names. I enjoy their music casually and am an avid follower of Jae but that was all about it. Somehow I ended up watching performance videos of them switching instruments and now I'm here. They are so talented, I just wanted to know more & your video helped.

I got to know them through Got7 since Young K and Youngjae used to be the mcs on idol radio but discoverdd their talent during their Got7x Day 6 stage collab for Mama 2017, their rock version of Never ever is a masterpiece I always come back to it ! I hope Day 6 gets more recognition and their own stage at Mama next time !
