Dealing with Setbacks ft. High School Friends in Edinburgh

Dear Diary, I'm dealing with a setback in life. I filmed this video after a surprise setback the night before. I would usually give up after encountering setbacks and end up spending the day feeling very low and hopeless, but I changed my perspective, focused on positive thoughts, and spent time with loved ones. I learnt that overcoming setbacks is made easier with a positive perspective, persistence & a good support system.
