The absolute best tapping video ! Could not live without Zeitgeist tapping videoes. I use it when I need to destress and when Im going to sleep. What I appreciate in Zeitgeist`videoes is the tapping with fingertips, and not long and hard nails ( it stresses me with long hard nails). I can , if Im really comfortable, and not too stressed up, get tingles especially with tapping on paper/plastik cups, the plastic dumplings and from another tapping video; a toothbrush packaging :D Vielen vielen dank, Zeitgeist, for your fantastic work. It means more than you know.
Tapping is normally one of my least favorite triggers because it’s always so intense (especially if people have long nails) but you have this wonderful way of making it sound not just like tapping, the echos from the objects are great

Tapping is normally one of my least favorite triggers because it’s always so intense (especially if people have long nails) but you have this wonderful way of making it sound not just like tapping, the echos from the objects are great
