Danilo, thank you so much for doing this! It seems that wine is so much a part of Italy's culture and that of Tuscany, and it is so interesting to go inside the workings and thought process of a large winery. The science of it is something a lot of people don't think about and I could listen to you and Michele discuss wine growing for hours. I always learn something from your videos, but this one was very special.
This was a most enjoyable video- relaxed, informal, and informative. Pity we can't taste the wine through the screen.

What a fantastic bonus to see and learn about the wine the Estate produces. Interesting to learn that the Estate has so many different areas with different soil and sun exposure to produce so many verities of wine. The only thing is ... a virtual wine tasting is no fun 🙂. I would love to taste the Primo Passo, it sounds very nice ! Who drove home Danilo ?
