Arguably any deck of random cards CAN win, as evidenced by some of the bots. The real key is the snap mechanic, learn when to push and when to retreat and you will advance. So this is really great advice, “build something that suits you”, that is, have fun. It’s a game. You’ll do better when you’re having fun.
This video is beneficial to me. For the longest time, deck building was my monster and my struggle. I will keep these tips in my mind when playing. Overall, I'm enjoying Marvel Snap, winning or losing.
While watching I was thinking, I want to play a deck with no abilities in it. Lo & Behold, there's a card that plays to that strength lol So much fun to be had.
One of the major draws for me to Snap is how approachable deck building is. I love this video, because it provides actual examples of how to quickly piece it together. I always wanted to deck build in Hearthstone, but I never committed to it - 30 card decks were too intimidating for me (and no Snap mechanic made it more punishing).Oh, and I agree - throwing decks together on new cards you unlock is a great way to learn the game, have fun and play with new stuff.
The thing about deckbuilding is that hard part isn't the building itself. Building a deck is EASY, but only IF you have a solid grasp of the general card pool at your disposal and the types of decks that people run.
Yep, absolutely agree. I think it's pretty valuable for a lot of people to see that building a deck really is just 'that simple'. I just hope more people can have the confidence to do it!
I love your energy and excitement about the game! This video is what I needed. I wanted to get better at Snap but didn't want to netdeck; I wanted to be creative. Thanks!
Another great video. You seem to always read my mind and do videos on things that are relevant to my interests right now. I've been plodding along but I definitely need a good deck refresh now.
Thanks Dan I've really needed this. I've just been focusing on increasing collection level so my rank is terrible. Hopefully you're advice will help me get some ranks up before the season is over.
Do you think this video still applies further down pool 3 you go? Also with climbing to infinite being stressful with the new metas ebbing and flowing?
this is what im constantly doing building my own decks and they work better than the premade meta ones that all use my opponents cant anticipate what the heck im playing xD they end up leaving spamming emotes with anger xD
basically just choose a card you like and auto build a deck, change out a couple cards to your play style and you are good to go. getting to infinite is not hard by any means especially after you make it the first time so it only resets you back to 73 for the new season. but, after hitting infinite and playing conquest thats when you start facing people with all the meta decks with cards you wont have that are hitting 50+ consistently in multiple slots during the match. idk if its just my rng or im just always playing against sweaty p2w players but im just over lvl 1300 and im always facing people with better cards/builds
It's my first that kind of cards game I play and for that I deleted Clash Royale after 5 years. Even the specific decks aren't unbeatable because you don't know what to expect. It has the surprise and the fun, but above all it's not boring. It has too many cards to choose and the players that think would be winners for sure with specific decks, will be unhappy. It's not the copy paste here, but thinking and technique. After one week of gaming I'm close to lvl.50 with many 1 power pool 1 on reveal cards. I have Kazar, Blue Marvel and Onslaught to end the game and boost all cards. Many times I won move decks or White Tiger - Odin on reveal decks. I love cards I see first time and I'm excited with the difficulty to choose at the future. How can I leave Sunspot with his Armor? Excited about future prospects about what's coming. Imagine 2v2 battles... Be well people and have fun! It's only gaming...
Obviously some cards are better than others. But I stand by my claim that you can make something okay even with just the pool 2 cards- and climb to infinite in pool3 by using snap mechanic smartly
I could only get to level 50 of the season pass rewards. Gutted I couldn't get the infinite Spiderman back. Won't buy any more season passes. No point of I'm gonna miss the best content and gold drops.

Very helpful one year later.
How do you play snap on your pc?
Steam
@@BenDavidson29 thanks
"It's not that difficult" unless you dove into pool 3 with a high mmr and don't have everything you need to compete there.
Obviously some cards are better than others. But I stand by my claim that you can make something okay even with just the pool 2 cards- and climb to infinite in pool3 by using snap mechanic smartly
Yeah to be clear I don’t disagree. Just in a tough spot atm 😅
Is it just me or is the audio crackling at points?
Weird, I didn't notice but maybe? I'll look into it
Just you
Season 6? I thought this was season 2???
I could only get to level 50 of the season pass rewards. Gutted I couldn't get the infinite Spiderman back.

i dont even care about the rank itself i just want that venom drip before its gone why'd they have to lock it behind infinite aaaaahhhh xD
He really chose the pixel one...🤦♂️
Thanks Dan I've really needed this. I've just been focusing on increasing collection level so my rank is terrible. Hopefully you're advice will help me get some ranks up before the season is over.
Hope it helps! Good luck with the climb!
