First guy is D Double E who really is a OG before Grime even started he was doing garage sets. Checkout Better than the rest by D Double E ft Wiley. All of these guys are pretty big in the UK. I prefer the original to be fair.

Risky Roadz is the cameraman and he filmed a lot of the early days in grime. He’s made 2 documentaries on it. They’re quite long but worth watching in your own time if you want to get to know the grime scene.

That sound u are talking about is the original grime sound, alot of the new stuff is just UK rap that gets labelled as grime.
If u want to hear some original old school grime u need to check out some Roll Deep or Nasty Crew sets, it's just MC's going back to back on radio or in a rave with no visuals but that's where it all started
