🔔 Crown daisy egg soup. (1T = rice spoon)
100g crown daisy, 3 eggs, 25cm green onion, 1L water, 1 dried kelp, 1/2T minced garlic, 2T korean style soy sauce, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, ⅓T (3g) salt, a pinch of pepper.
✨ Crown daisy egg soup.
1. Cut crown daisy, green onion and beat eggs.
2. Put 1L of water and 1 dried kelp in a pot, close the lid and boil over high heat.
+ When it boils, simmer for another 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
3. Remove the kelp and turn it on over high heat.
4. Add 1/2T minced garlic, 2T korean style soy sauce, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, crown daisy, green onion.
5. When it boils, add eggs and cook.
6. Mix ⅓T (3g) fine salt and a pinch of pepper.
