    I'm training for a marathon in a month, I've been trying to hit 60 miles a week. I started following a training plan last Wednesday so that I don't just play around on my bike all month and run out of time!

      You've been putting down some solid training Kevin. Looking forward to seeing you display the work you've put in for that marathon. What kind of mileage do you expect to peak at for the 50K @ Shawnee?

      @Cameron Mueller I don't know yet, I'll be doing a lot more trail running in the coming months, I'm running a trail half marathon (Red Cedar run) and then the Shawnee Hills 50k.
