I must say that I'm amazed at what you can do; and all with spray paint, plastic wrap and some kind of palette knife. I paint abstract with acrylic, and for anyone who thinks what you do is easy, I challenge them to upload their own video. Absolutely in love with that piece!

Is it weird that I feel so much satisfied watching these spray paints...
It´s funny when I watch artists doing this and some people whisper "It´s the same shit everywhere" or "I could do that too" because no to both. Every artist has a unique style and no, not everyone can do this. The artist has to know how to work with the colours and how to use the tools to get these awesome effects.

Even if they can do it its always going to come out different that why I love this so much u can jack a concept but it's still will be a original by you and no one will ever make the same copy

Excuse me sir, just wanna ask about the materials your using. Are you using a pallete knife, plastic wrap, magazine paper to create that look?
But it's not and it's just like you just won't accept that you live under a dome.
This is awesome, I been designing controllers and game consoles, I usually make my stuff kind of gory and I learned some cool tricks on my own but decided to check up on some tutorials, I didn't expect something this nice, it has me inspired on my next console. I think I will make something that glows in the dark in some spots as well.
One must have great imagination, and crazy art skills to do that, i would love to hang that in my room it makes one speechless

As a spray paint artist myself I can honestly say I've never seen plastic wrap used for texturing ever, and it's great
Yeah when I made this videoing used the plastic wrap off the canvas, but now my favorite is plastic bags from the grocery store👍

love it! i just wish your camera person didn't zoom in and out so much since it made me a little dizzy. might i suggest that the camera stay in place during the whole demo and then close ups to the painting for details when it's done?
Well duh!... This was done on the fly not premeditated he just walked in and started filming. Otherwise normally all my other videos are on a tripod but thanks for the advice...

I have a question. I also spray but when ever I try to enhance the natural lines it either goes to the canvas or just looks like crap and advice besides "keep practicing"?

does the canvass need to be glossy also or does it still translate good with the paint and not absorb.

This is so amazing do you have any pointers for someone who's trying to star spray painting like what kind of surface I should use and what caps would I use as well
Yes definitely recommend starting on basic glossy posterboard. No special caps just use stock caps that come on rustoleum or Valspar sold at Lowes or Home Depot
in art, there is no error... only something new come out.

What kind of plastic is that that you use to make the rock formations
what kind of magazines do you use and canvas? I cannot get mine to even remotely come out decent
iliketoastman i realize this comment is 3 years old and you have learned a great deal about the hobby. But any magazine should work along with whatever seranwrap
