I am following your channel since u started your trip, and i saw u cross danube near my home Town, but i am so sory i did not know. U shoud spent more days visiting România because u have so much more to see even if we do not have very good roads, but i see your BMW is doing ok. Be safe and we wish up good roads ahead!..........

Very spectacular Transfagarasanul right? Transalpina is even better... I did not quite see it in this movie. And there are other even nicer mountain roads in this country, not so spectacular but even better for riding bikes. Also that region from where you exited Romania, Banat is called and it's very very beautiful to visit it while riding. Maybe you should come back once, just for Romania. To be in all these places you would be completely delighted. Transfagarasan and Transalpina are only the most mediatised. Wonderful wonderful travel you made! I joyfully watched every episode that you posted

Wow, you were lucky to have nice weather AND almost no traffic on Transfagarasan. During high season (weekends especially) that road is just plagued with tourists.
Thise alpine/ mountain roads; amazing (and cold 😨). I remember the last time I rode in temperatures around 2°C; I didn't expect it to be that cold and I didn't pack the right gear either!
I'm again a little bit bitter. 2015 I crashed my bike on the north side of Satu Mare -town. I didn't get to see the Transfagarasan or Translapina... I really hope I can go back!

The dish in Timisoara looks very much like Varilo (chorba/soup) - a beef, potato, carrot, celery and some hints of tomato for the colour and flavour.
