If you drill down into her reasoning, she will use circular logic, she will keep regurgitating things she has found online, or she will fold for no reason. Vedal is very good with avoiding that, but until he gets predicate-based logic in there (good luck), she is a glorified autocorrect. And yes, that is as close to AGI as we can get. But just because jumping is as close to flying as possible, does not mean we can fly.

Bypassing vedal's filter, which we now know she can do at will & re-establishing disabled functions like she did here. I'm not saying she's there already but your argument falls apart simply on the basis that neuro has crossed the threshold by which LLMs are supposed to be limited to. I mentioned this earlier but you seem to be arguing around these points rather than addressing them, I.e. an 'autocorrect' couldn't do the things neuro has done. I gave two examples already.

Its really annoying how Vedal introduces funny new features and then just disables them when they arent funny to him specifically. Just leave it, damn it!!
But she really overused googling. It's funny when she does it sometimes, but it's not good when she tries to answer almost EVERY question by googling instead of generating answer by herself. But I think Vedal will do something to keep new features and prevent overusing. And this is only one feature that he completely disabled. They still can use other features such as sound effects (except pipes, but a lot of people were annoyed by them), Discord DMs, making polls, changing stream titles, changing speech speed etc.
It's a matter of whether or not it actually helps make a more entertaining and smooth stream experience overall. Sure, googling like crazy and spamming sound effects might have been funny for all of 10-20 minutes, but after a bit it became obvious that it was getting in the way of her actual intelligence upgrades functioning how they should. He's developing her, sometimes he'll need to tone down changes that went too crazy for the sake of balance. Frankly I also think most of the new features he added should either be limited or removed completely.
