At least all those hunters know how to tell time. This year opening day in our area people were shooting 10 minutes early. I swear some of them must have had half their limit, or at least shot half their shells, before legal.
Turn them in, I don't mess with the fools giving hunting a bad name any more. I see them doing something illegal I get on the DNR hotline right away.
Between the not picking up their empty's, shooting illegal birds, before or after hours, I'm just fed up. 5% of them do not even know what the ducks or geese they are hunting for look like or seasons. No lie 2 or 3 years ago during the pandemic we had a guy with an old rusty single shot shotgun ask us what a goose looked like as he was "going goose hunting". The year after had two guys ask us what seasons were open after they were already out in the marsh with loaded guns. 😠🤬

He's not a duck hunter but you need to check out Eric Forester , he hunts upland birds and his dogs are insanely good. Not to mention you two have almost identical beards and look like twins.

That is absolutely INSANE the amount of people shooting at first light. Most of them were prob sky busting those big groups. Way to sit back and be patient and get it done fellas. That’s the diff between the target practice hunters across from ya and yourselves. 👍👍

Loving the coot shooting! Some might scoff at them but they're a great tasting bird and a healthy bag limit of 15 (at least in my state of MN).
Crazy day out there teal opener there was better, but it was nice meeting you out there hopefully we can run into each other again sometime. Love the videos and can’t wait til the mallards come down!

I hate the opener. People who are not regular duck hunters flood everywhere. It gets better after the splits, when the deer hunters are in the woods, the rabbit hunters are in the brush, and the real duck hunters are able to do what we do.
I'm actually considering doing evening hunts for the first 2 weeks to avoid the crazy.

This is why I hate when RUclipsrs tell and encourage people to try duck hunting. No!! There is enough fucking people that hunt it gets worse and worse every year and it sucks! Leave duck hunting to the people that were brought up into it and that have done there whole life’s. No more newbies find other fucking hobbies!!!!
