my friend knows how to glitch into piggy safes and doors so, I think someone swapped the gun for the yellow key in the safe.
(yes you can gitch through doors, safes, even the jail cells in piggy) but you probably already knew that!

I'll explain you how this happened. So, the guy who took the yellow key, did the glitch (Where you can get stuff from safes, and doors, and you can look behind them) and exchanged the yellow key for the gun. I hope this helps :3
