Have you tried Dunkin's cookie butter coldbrew? So good! I can't do egg in my salads either. I'm right there with you on the making time for myself and also setting goals. I find that I do something for myself only when I accomplish everything else around the house/for the guys.

I think its a black thing lol. Hope you guys hVe a beautiful Holiday. God bless you and your fam. Also I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks. I live in NY, upstate. Starbucks is big here. But Dunkin always gives me a jump start and Starbucks is more expensive.
