,My MD tried and I did work with a lactation counselor. tried several things including brewers yeast and something else that was natural can't recall what it was but my milk would not come in. After struggling we switched to bottles. She turned out fine. You are brave to go without any interventions, I had a spinal and ended up having to have a c- section.

was it fennel you tried? beer also works. pretty much every region in the world aside from the very brainwashed, holier than thou usa and canada drinks it for lactation.
it appears that the stress of being female in a male driven society has a negative effect on lactation, and why wouldn't it? the stress of no income for 3 months and going back to work after .. or even after 6 weeks.. is not good on women physiologically.
so rockefeller "medicine" claims women's bodies are just broken and need fixing. that we need interventions to "be safe".

just stay home and reserve medical for emergencies. we do that .. about to do it again.. and we couldnt' be happier or prouder.
hospitals WILL push things you don't want and those things turn into bigger interventions. maternal mortality has gone UP in the usa over the past few decades due to this. syntocin during labor increases chance of postpartum hemorrhage by a LOT. there are tons of attorneys who make their living suing "physicians" over it.
