Thank you for a simple basic review. That’s what I was looking for. Not adjustments and modifications. Based on your review I went a purchased one.

Your lid has a hook on the inside to hang lid on side of grill buddy. So no need to put on ground and trip over it. Lol

Yep they all need a dome hinge where it lings open. Like on the Mr. BBQ Also there no need to flip them all the time! Just twist the grate around

Nice video showing that an inexpensive grill has some decent features like being able to have two zone cooking and being able to add charcoal without having to remove the cooking grid. My only complaint about your cook, where is the cheese?!

Awesome video brother. i have had my eye on this grill for a while now. i like a grill that runs hot to grill steaks. i use real hard wood like oak & maple. i never use charcoal of any kind just natural hard wood and let it burn down into red hot coals. most kettles like the weber are shallow so hard to get small logs in there to burn but this one looks much deeper and i need to stay under a $100.00 My last grill died of rust poison but it was a cheap $40.00 thin walled grill -- What is your honest opinion on this grill, do you love it, hate it or is it just ok. would you buy this grill again or go with a weber? how is it holding up? like paint flaking or cooking grate trying to rust? any info you can give me to help me make a decision on this grill would be great. or do you know of another kettle style grill for less than $100.00 that would fit my needs. Thanks for any info and hope to see more videos of you cooking on this grill. i'm subscribing now!

I purchased this grill about 3years ago and it has been performing well. I find it a bit difficult to control heat for low and slow but that maybe due to my impatience and my lack of experience with smoking but it makes an great grill for grilling and I have done some awesome ribs by indirect cooking. I will tell you also that the the fact that you purchased this grill already assembled would be the reason for some of the problems you noted like it should have come with a hook on the lid to hang off tbe side of the grill and also that of having to re-tighten certain areas of the grill. Thanks fod the video and keep grilling

Mine came with a hook on the inside of the lid so you can hang the lid on the side of the grill.

I have a question, I been searching RUclips for "how to smoke for beginners" and "best smoker for beginners" and there is alot of different of different information, I love to cook, I cook on a 6 burner has grill, and love my 36" griddle Blackstone. So my question for you is in your opinion, what would be good to start on and how hard is it really to smoke? I was going to try.and use my gas grill but I want a true smoke experience and flavor. Any and all info would go a long way!

I am so glad that you reached out to me. I too once did all my grilling on a gas grill. You are so right, there are so many opinions out there. I would recommend a pellet grill if you want easy authentic wood fire taste. If you want to go full out, get an offset smoker. The Oklahoma Joe smoker at Lowes is an excellent beginner smoker. And it’s not expensive. I have some videos with this smoker.

Just buy a Weber, It cost more. Will last longer, Cook better with no tweaking it. And has a long warranty and great customer service, + replacement parts are sent out quickly. 🤗
Going out to buy a Weber now 👊

I like it. also Webers, Mr. BBQ, Kingsfords, there all GREAT! How Weber got to be a Great Grill. It was the cheapest on the market, and it used to be USA MADE. Not no more! Every thing is made in CHINA
