    For those criticizing Rochelle, saying she should not uproot her children, or she should have seen her father again, or questioning her relationship with her partner; she's a grown woman navigating the world in her own way. Most of you who have a problem have likely never even left your home country so you have a limited world view. You make decisions out of fear or society, but Rochelle is taking control of her destiny and that takes courage. She is still even going to church and trying to discover God's voice along the way. If anything, pray for her, encourage her. She's out here starting businesses, traveling the world and leaving a legacy, what are you doing???

    • @awula5385

      When did she start going to church? Just curious.

    • @Nicole-kc1vx
      @Nicole-kc1vx 3 месяца назад +2

      Her daughter was being "homeschooled" whilst in Ghana, it would have been nice to know what that entailed to judge the quality of education she was receiving.
      Her children are definitely not being put 1st, she never discusses their schooling, what they're learning, extracurricular activities etc.
      There's a reason black-canadians and americans are always behind, its the lack of interest in the children's education. Asian families produce the best performing offspring, most of the time they are upper middle class, and the kids typically move up the socioeconomic ladder, not down.
      that's because the parents are invested tooth and nail in child rearing. African families that emigrate to western countries don't do too bad either (mostly Nigerians), and that's again because of care for their children's education. They understand the way for their kids to succeed.
      But here we have a black-canadian woman who divorced her ex, got knocked up by a random man at the age of 36, is now following him whilst on a vague journey of "returning to the motherland" and trying random ways to make money in Africa, dragging her older two children with her, thinking only about her self. When the oldest two have matured they would have had a subpar education, like most black-canadians and black-americans, and probably try to become mediorce "entrepreneurs" like their parents. Like many others of their group they are too hellbent on get rich quick schemes, and then ofc they will continue the baby mama baby daddy and low quality offspring cycle.
      You guys fail yourselves.

    • @l.taylor7953
      @l.taylor7953 3 месяца назад +2

      @Nicole-kc1vx Who are “you guys?” First of all I am Liberian. I am an African who was educated on 3 continents (Africa, USA and Europe) so let’s be clear about the assumptions you are making, which are incorrect. Secondly, any person who displays their life online is subject to criticism, however we do not know all of the inner workings of Rochelle’s life and we don’t need to. It’s her business about what she chooses to share, including whether or not she chooses to show her children’s education and social lives. Perhaps she wants to protect and conceal those aspects for privacy and security reasons, have you considered that? Furthermore because I defend Rochelle does not mean I agree with her choices. It simply means I have the maturity and grace to understand that we all have our own God - given destiny that we must navigate for ourselves. Perhaps you should seek your Maker for greater discernment before misjudging others. You sound ignorant and uptight. Relax and go in peace.

    Hi Rochelle. I know this transition is difficult and nerve racking, but I just want to let you know that you’re making the right decisions and God will guide you through it all. Your business has the potential to thrive in a place like Nigeria because of the population size. Like you, I’m based in the US and starting businesses in Nigeria, so I know what you’re going through at the moment. But everything will be okay. Lagos island is pretty good and I know your family will enjoy it.

    Congratulations on your relocation to Lagos -- a very much cheaper, but higher lifestyle than in Accra -- not to mention the population and market size for businesses.
    But Oh look, a teenager seated at Rochelle's left, in the car, with the teenagers' trademark looks, the 😥looking. It is the hormones flying all over the place -- as someone would remind me when I was a teenager. They are never happy, particularly when around families.
    Just to let them know that, we have all been there, done it, worn the t-shirt, the looks, and done the dumb things which at the time we thought, was very smart.🤣🤣🤣

Went to scope area. Had a meeting with a potential person who would run it in Nigeria BUT dude pulled out! SO SHE DECIDED TO SELL THE ONE IN GHANA TO MOVE TO NIGERIA TO GO ON AND OPEN ANOTHER LOCATION!! Almost lost $$ bc she didn't get proper receipt on housing which she was lucky she was able to get her $$ back. Fast forward the "partner" & roti agreed on loc they looked at, but had trouble securing housing so he went ahead found housing, making them fix it to THE FAMILY STANDARDS but she had to sign min 1 yr least. I think IMO this time around she just wants to keep her personal life private by NOT showing him BUT if u paid attn she has shown dude multiple times. 😂😂 mightve been a slip but IFYKYK. Yeah... Ouidah and Porto Novo are interesting border experiences. The Benin-No Man's land-Lagos experience is so unpredictable. I have some indelible childhood memories from family road trips to and from Ghana 😂. Anywho...Welcome to Lagos! Eko o ni ibaje!

      And the first one in my opinion which means nothing, it’s the fact that the baby’s father doesn’t want to be shown. He’s given me he has another woman. We hear about these African men having more than one wife.

      @@reneetowns2056 Didn't baby daddy find a spot he thought would be good for a branch in Nigeria then they went out there together. Paid down money on a residential property on the 2nd visit (no receipt) then pulled on that when questioned about it (the payment & no receipt) by his family member they were visiting while out there? (I may be wrong on who asked the question though). I ain't packing up my baby's crib on no truck back for no man NEVER not one man's shit sweet enough for none of that. Don't get me started on the dog KMT

      @@hunnyblush , Your right, they did go to check out a place to open a store in Nigeria. Rochelle giving me vibes like that Ressa Tessa woman went through. Nothing seems to go right with anything she does. I wonder why they couldn’t stay at his place in Nigeria for a night or two instead of paying for an Air B&B.

    The move makes sense since her man is half Nigerian. I wonder how it is for the kids staying with a man that is not their father also in terms of how much he can ground them as a father figure without the mother stepping in.

    If your looking for somewhere to take the kids. Think they will like the UPBEAT centre. They have trampolines and go cart racing last time I went there …There should be a Johnnie rockets food truck outside as well 👌

      I think cryptic clue in one of Dela's video after her dad's funeral. Whatever went down during funeral period, Dela decided to reflect on friendships and change focus so unclear if this friendship was one of the casualties of that reflection.
