I had no idea you used plugins for transformations, haha. I was always using keyframes, and I got a little confused with the adjustments layers shown in the video (it seemed like more could go wrong). What do the plugins offer that keyframes can't, out of curiosity, or is it just interface preference?
The plugins have much smoother animations. The keyframes don’t have any sort of easing options when it comes to zoom. So all the zooms look really jarring and ugly. But these plugins all have easing built into them, so the animations are naturally very smooth. I pretty much won’t even touch the keyframes in FCP if I don’t have to!
Update: Freaking awesome Dylan for the sole purpose of been a "TIME SAVER" this allows one to be more creative and not have to spend time building things up. Keep them coming, sir!!!
Just bought your plug in! Will start with it tomorrow... looking forward to it. What sold me was that you also made it as an effect too, so I could use the draw mask! Thank you.
Watched right up to "I decided to make a plugin that did all the things missing in other zooms plugins" (I have ALL of the others mentioned in the beginning and they all miss something in each). So after seeing about .02 seconds of what those improvements were I bought the pack! I played around and gosh darn it if they are THE best of this type out there!
bro I got so fed up with using keyframes and having to set one then another then if I mess up it looks weird or I can't find one of them and it was giving me such a headache. Saw your vid, bought the plugin, started using it (took me like 10 minutes to figure out how it worked) and gotta say this is such a good plug in! So much easier than the keyframes and I love how the titles you can see right there on the timeline you know exactly where the zooms are without having to press Ctrl V and look for those tiny diamonds. Maybe there was an easier way to use keyframes than I was using them but regardless I like this method way more. Thanks!
Dylan, thank you man! I am a disabled editor with Cerebral Palsy, and I am doing my best to make movie and TV video essays with Final Cut but I’ve been very wary of using actual footage because of fair use often being ignored by RUclips so this is going to help the still images that I use instead become so much more engaging!
Great looking toolset! Thanks for the discount code! Just purchased. Should be very useful. I use Ken Burns all the time and have run into the frustrating limitations. This should solve those issues.
For some reason the speed setting does not also apply when zoom back out. The zoom out animation does take the set amount of time, but it starts 1.5 seconds before the end of the title. Otherwise, amazing plugin! Many thanks!
You are awesome!!! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos. I subscribed to your patreon and purchased this amazing zoom effect. Thank you dylan!!!
LEt's gooooo! Thank you! Finally a plugin that works for vertical screens! 🔥Thank you! I had the mark up zoom effect, and that just wasn't working for vertical screens.
Whoa!! THIS Plugin is absolutely amazing and is transforming the energy of shots for a feature film I am working on. Admittedly I wish this functionality were built into FCP, but I love what you've done. Thanks! Purchased my copy gladly.
is it really that good? i have been avoiding gettng this cuz i dont do videos for a living...but i been wanting to do that zoom stuff for a while now.....im cheap. lol
I think that you are doing a fantastic job for the FCP community. I will purchase your pluging immediately if you confirm that it doesn’t degrade the image quality when zoomed in. All the others are blurring the image even though the zoom is not going beyond the natural pixel density. I have tried all the other alternatives and none is solving this problem. In all cases the quality of the zoomed in image with the fcp transform tool is obviously better (sharper) than the one obtained with the plugins for identical framing. If your plugin is keeping the quality identical with the one obtainable through the transform tool you are the king :). One needs a big screen to see the difference, we use a 12G 65 inches Flanders Scientific. Thank you very much for your input 🙏🏼
Same. Mark with ripple training confirm this blurring effect to me. Says it’s the nature of using Motion. But he also has a video showing how to create on your own a nice easing zooming motion plug in yourself. I’ll try to find the link on RUclips. I’ve been using it a lot myself on RUclips tutorial videos for my sisters channel, keeps the clarity, but it is a little more trouble using key frames and not a framable zoom target. So I’m wanting to know the same thing about does Pro Zooms degrade the picture quality, especially because he has a sharpening parameter built in. But I’m still thinking it may work OK based on the clarity of his video zooms to the FCP Interface.
Awesome video! Thank you for filling in the cracks those plugins left which are still great plugins. I always wait in anticipation for yours and the other Dylan's videos every week. Sincerely, thank you for everythiing you both do. Thanks for being awesome.
Hey! Love love love your zooms! I am trying to figure out how to do things vertically when the shot you want to zoom or pan to is not in the original vertical space. I don't know how to pan over. Can you update this video with directions on how to use it in vertical mode? I am trying to implement the advice you give on this video and it doesn't seem to be working!
I’ve got loads more! All of them are 50% off right now with code “BF50”! thefinalcutbro.gumroad.com Hopefully you find something in there that’s helpful to you!
This is awesome, Dylan! 🤩Definitively will purchase this one👍🏻 Thanks for making this! It completely change the way how I can edit timelapses (currently using Ken Burn's only) ⭐
Dylan...love your channel...thanks for all the helpful hints and free plug-in suggestions! Question: for a project with multiple audio sources...is there an adjustment layer designed for 'audio', where you can apply a compressor or limited over everything to make sure the sound is consistent? I was also told that I should create my project as a compound-clip, and then make audio changes. Thnx!
Unfortunately there is no adjustment layer specifically for audio. That's a feature many of us have been asking for from Apple. That said, one way that works great, is to go through and apply "roles" to each of the different audio elements. Just right click and select which audio role you want. For example, a music track would turn green by default. Once you have done that, you can place everything into a compound clip. Then right click that compound clip and select "Expand Audio Components". This is going to separate the audio layers out, and you can apply an effect to each different layer. Or if you want ALL the tracks to have the same effect applied, just apply it to the video source. Right now that is the best Audio Workflow that FCP has on offer. Hoping we see some significant updates to that in the future!
Here's what i need to do. sometime when shooting a news scene im zoomed in as far as my lens can go .. Im shooting in 4k and I want to take one clip and crop into the clip so it looks like I shot it closer . If that make sense . I encode and export in 1920x1080. In Vegas the tool is called pan crop.
You’re not the only one that has mentioned that! I’m sending an email to gumroad support as we speak. That being said, you can also buy my plugin here. It gets all the updates at the exact same time! Let me know if you have any issues. thefinalcutbro.com/products/pro-zooms-for-final-cut-pro
These ‘Bro Zooms’ & ‘Bro Burns’ are fantastic! We’ll worth the price, and the discount makes it even better! - question: an editor friend of mine loves your channel (I do too) and it would be fun to get her some FCB Merch for Christmas. Do you have any?
Hi Dylan. I love this plugin and I'm going to buy it right now. I contacted you the other day about the problem I'm having with FCPX and Motion and the amount of plugins that I have installed. It makes them both very slow to load. I also suspect that this happens to many people, mot just me. So, here's an idea. Maybe you could come up with a switching app that would allow users to turn plugins on and off. I suspect this would entail a lot of program, and I don't know if that's your thing. But if you did come up with something like that I would buy it in a heartbeat.
Yes! This would be incredible! Unfortunately, this is something out of my wheelhouse. I am much better at editing than I am at coding! And I can only ever make plugins for FCP because Motion doesn't require coding haha!
hi i bought it rightnow. thank you for your good work! i really apriciate it! wish you good sells and hope you are continue to produce more fcpx plugins. would be cool if we could have a 3D Camera Envoriment for fcpx.
Hi Dylan, how do you have multiple pans? For example I want to pro zoom into a spot, then pro pan to another spot and then pan to another and eventually keep going back and forth until it pans out. How would I do this?
Literally just released an update 5 hours ago that makes this process way simpler using my plugin! You could do it before, but I massively improved it. Go watch the latest video on my channel and you can see the new Multi-Pan tool at work!
Interesting product. But can we move in multiple directions in a picture (i.s.: up and down and after, right to left and so on) with ProBurns Pan or it is just in one direction?
Hey Dylan, bought your pack! But I noticed that when I export my video the effect does not work or should I say... The effect is more akin to like a window spin effect. Is there a reason why? I'm making a vertical video with your effect.
Hey Jblanc! You’re not the only one that has encountered this issue. It’s due to a bug inside of FCP with how it treats Apple Motion templates. Unfortunately, that part of the issue is seemingly out of my hands. That said, here’s a few workarounds that have worked for many people. The first and best workaround is to use the Effect version of the zooms rather than the title version. By applying it directly onto the clip, this has largely resolved the issue for people. Another fix is to apply the title version and the clip that you’re zooming in on into a compound clip. It doesn’t work all the time, but has saved some people facing your problem! Lastly, you can try pre rendering the timeline by selecting the portion that has the zoom, and pressing CTRL + R. If you keep having issues, reach out to me at Dylan@thefinalcutbro.com and I’ll be more than happy to get you a refund!
@@TheFinalCutBro hey man you are good! I actually figured out what was wrong and it was actually my error. I didn’t realize that you actually made different effect versions for different ratios(thank you by the way!) and I was using the regular Horizontal effect. I saw that you included one for Vertical video and it fixed my problem 100% on export! With that being said what is the actual difference between those versions in terms of what it’s doing behind the scenes? For example why can the horizontal only work with those type of videos and not vertical? Thanks again! 🙏🏼
my pro pan and pro zoom dont seem to work like yours. If i keep them the same speed and animate out and keep them the same length they just dont work. is there an update i am missing?
Hey AM2PM, can you shoot me a DM on Twitter or Instagram @thefinalcutbro or email me at Dylan@thefinalcutbro.com? Would love to get it working for you!
Hi Dylan, I'm hoping you can help me out... I just got this plugin pack and I know it will help my workflow. I edit a lot of horizontal footage into vertical footage, and I'm struggling to know what the best method is to edit this footage with the pan or zoom tools. If I use the text option, I can't pan across the horizontal footage on a vertical screen, as it just gets cut off. If I use the effects, the process feels really difficult to use. (Vertical effects don't work because I'm trying to pan so far over from the initial vertical canvas, and horizontal effects don't work well, because I'm trying to edit in a vertical screen. Any recommendations?
I haven’t personally used the MKBHD pack, but from what I have seen in videos, it’s significantly different! The MKBHD zoom effect just has a reticle for zooming instead of a visual rectangle that gives you a precise idea of where it’s zooming. Also the MKBHD zoom doesn’t come with the pro burns tools for really slow zooms. Also I didn’t see an effects version, which helps a lot when wanting to maintain a zoom over a transition. And finally, my zoom plugin just got an update with onion skinning, which helps for people who are using it on stuff like an interview, when they need to maintain the same eye level. However, the MKBHD pack comes with some really incredible animations that you definitely don’t get with this plugin. It’s just that my plugin is 100% focused on the best zoom experience, and the MKBHD zooms have a much broader focus. Just depends on what you want!
What an excellent plug-in Dylan. Thank you for this! However, I'm trying to purchase the plugin (on Gumroad) and only getting a response that says "processing..." incessantly. Not sure what to do about that...
Haha I actually started building it based off of Bro Zooms, but felt it would be far more searchable with a term like Pro 😂. I REALLY wanted to name it bro zooms.
Hey Brett! There’s a speed slider in the Video Inspector. It can go up to 2 seconds. If you need an even slower zoom, I would use the pro burns feature which can last as long as you need it.
@@TheFinalCutBro Thanks Dylan! I actually was hoping I could speed it up even quicker than the 2 seconds for like a quick zoom effect! Any ideas on that?
@YTBrettMiller yeah! You can shorten it down to less than 2 seconds using that same slider. It just goes up to 2 seconds! Unfortunately, due to a limitation with Motion, the title has to be longer than 2 seconds, or it will glitch out when zooming out. That said, you can make a cut in the middle, disable the out animation on the first half, and disable the in animation on the second half. It’s annoying I know, just the only way around with the limitations provided. Hope that helps!
Great plugin! Question though, when I make the duration of the pro zoom shorter, the build out animation is super quick with no Ease Out even though both is selected. Is this just a limitation of the plugin?
Hey Jed! This is a limitation directly from Motions way of handling build-in and build-out animations. This video shows how to get around that! The part you’re looking for is at 16:04 ruclips.net/video/0c4xbiR7J80/видео.htmlsi=f6Xs7B_JyvECPcOd
It should if you apply it as an effect to the clip instead of as a title! The titles can only see what’s inside the viewer at the time of being applied. So if you use the pan, it will cut off the edges. Another option is to zoom in to fill the screen with pro zooms. You can disable the animations. then apply the pan under that. But that’s the only way it could be done with the title version.
Hi Dylan, great offer you give us here. Definitively need that one. One question before I hit the "purchase button". Are your Plug-Ins supported with Apple Silicon ? Thanks
So just for reference, i am not FCP dude... i used to wear out Imovie. This is my first FCP project. Seeing Dylans Pro plugs gave me hope that i could stem through this pretty simple edit i wanted to do to this one camera shot. Sadly i haven't hardly put a dent in it. i found that i need some instruction. So i go to RUclips for some tips. 🤨 Dylan, Comon man... please embarrass me... All i can find is the 1 pro Zoom tutorial. (Which was so good i bought it) BUT... NOBODY ELSE .. INCLUDING YOU HAS POSTED EVEN 1 TUTORIAL ON ... pro pan, pro burns etc.... Please DYLAN, .. Whatever is included in your bundle of what gets installed when a person purchases pro zoom there needs to be at least a basic instructional on everything in it. 2 or 3 mins .. i mean its your seed... at least you can water it until we get it...
Dylan, hi! I've downloaded your zoom plugins, but when i add it to the timeline i can't see the duration of it, like you've showed in the video:( It's only seen on the upper right desk with no duration. How can i fix it?
Hey Kus Kus! It sounds like you’re using the effect version of the plugin. Instead, go up to your titles, and look for the zooms there. Then you’ll be able to apply them on your timeline like in the video. Hope that helps!
ruclips.net/video/udTfoMD5qSs/видео.html Boom! It's not as easy as a lot of other Motion projects I have made. But it's really fun to know and understand the mechanics of what's going on. I may need to make an updated version though, because I added a lot to this plugin after the fact.
The best place to get the handheld plugin is on my gumroad store. thefinalcutbro.gumroad.com/l/trulyhandheld?layout=profile It's pay what you want, so you can just put $0 in the payment box and get it free!
BUG UPDATE: Dylan, got an update for you regarding the plugin. When working on a Vertical video all looks and functions correctly, the problem starts when you export your video. You get a "horizontal Flip" effect where ever you're using the plugin. I will try to work it under a regular 1080 size spec / Compound it / and then bring into my Vertical timeline. but yeah for now...there is a bug.
That’s a limitation from Apple Motion unfortunately. It requires 2 seconds of in animation and 2 seconds of out animation, regardless of how fast you set the animation. A great fix is to cut the zoom in half, and only enable the in animation, then on the second part only enable the out animation. Hope that helps! Edit: I say Apple Motion cause that’s how I create the plugins for FCP
@@TheFinalCutBro Okay tnx, but can i change it maybe on Motion like something custom, or u have custom please? I would appreciate if u have shorter version of this
Hi Dylan. Just bought your Pro Zooms plugin. I have installed them and am wondering if I can now delete the folder that was unzipped and has the other remaining files in it? Thx
@@metaflexa Yes! There are benefits to both. Sometimes you only want to zoom on a single clip, so you can apply it as an effect. Sometimes you want to zoom on the entire shot, that’s where the titles come into play.
Thanks for letting me know Phillip! Unfortunately, that's likely a problem with Gumroad and not something I have control over. Please send me an email (dylan@thefinalcutbro.com) if you can't get to your download, and I will send it as a direct file.
AddMotion is 100% centered around creating great animations with all sorts of objects. You actually could do a lot of these zoom animations with AddMotion. The main difference being, Pro Zooms is 100% focused on making zooms as easy as possible. That means the On Screen Controls provide direct feedback to exactly where you are zooming into. Also with AddMotion, you would need to adjust several settings to get the zoom setup, whereas with Pro Zooms, you are ready to go right after applying the effect. Another difference is, you couldn't do a Ken Burns type zoom for longer than 10 seconds should you need to with AddMotion. Whereas that functionality is provided with the Pro Burns titles and effects. That said, AddMotion is one of the absolute best plugins out there! If you have to choose between picking up AddMotion or Pro Zooms, honestly, I would go with the AddMotion route, as it's going to have a lot more functionality than Pro Zooms. But Pro Zooms is really good at making zooms happen as quickly as possible.
@@TheFinalCutBro hi Dylan. Thanks for your answer. I really really appreciate your honesty and your time to answer me in detail.. I have add motion already. Although it's good.. Somehow it intuitively does not work for me. So I'm going to get your plug in in the hope that it matches my brain flow!! Thx so much. I let you know how it works for me soon! BTW.. I really need it for the zoom more than any thing!!!
@@TheFinalCutBro two weeks later… I made a new music video… and the pro zooms plugin rocks. I used addmotion as well… but mostly your plugin. It is so quick and easy. Perfect for my workflow!! Thanks so much
UPDATE ON THE BUG: Confirm, the plug in needs tweaking when working on a vertical format video, you need to apply the effect on a regular 1920x1080 size video/ compound the clip / copy and paste it back into your vertical vid and apply the / Fill Type. Dylan do we know when we can expect the plug in to work under both video size specs?
Appreciate you sharing this! I have actually experienced this same bug on all plugins that do similar things to what this plugin does. It's some sort of issue with how FCP handles templates, which is unfortunately beyond my control. There are a couple fixes, one way is to do exactly what you did. The other being, sometimes rendering that section of video before exporting can help. That said, I wish I had a way to fix it permanently! But as I mentioned, it's something to do with how FCP is messing up the template. It also does this a lot with templates that have stop-motion effects. Really not sure why!
Hello, I just bought this pack, I think that the "speed" function in the "zoom in" effect only affects the input and not the output. How can I change the output speed?
Hey there! I just double checked. The speed does effect both the zoom in and out. My best guess for the problem you are facing is possibly due to the fact that you need at least two seconds for the intro to complete. If you don't have that, then it cuts into the outro animation, and that can cause issues.
@@theotanase7549 if you cut the title in half, then on the first half select “build in” and deselect “build out” then on the second half deselect “build in” and select “build out”. This is a direct limitation with FCP, which I can’t get around. But this resolves the issue!
I should just give you access to my checking account. That way we don’t have to waste time with you selling me something to be paying for great plugins
Edit: User idiocy! The Pro Pan does EXACTLY what I need without key framing. Oh, Bro, if I could tell you how many hours I've spent fiddling with keyframes over the last year editing soccer videos you'd probably die laughing. Best $25 I've spent in a while. Hi Dylan. Really enjoy this plugin but I have one MAJOR wishlist. Can you add the ability to keyframe within the plugin? In my use case, I record soccer matches from a distance, zoom and pan around the action. I was hoping the Pro Pan would allow me to accomplish this but it fixes the camera after the pan with no ability to adjust. Any tips or ability to update?
@@TheFinalCutBro No problem! Thank you for the plug in! I think the issue is because I have to auto transform the clip to fit vertical because the camera doen't auto make the clip vertical when I import. I have to rotate it 90 degrees and then scale it up to 180-190% for it to fit the vertical dimensions.
Oh yes! That's likely the issue. Unfortunately I don't really have a way of setting up the plugin to know when something like that has happened. That said, you could rotate the clip, then apply it to a compound clip, and the plugin should work just fine. Also, you can rotate your clips before bringing them into FCP by opening them up in finder. I think you have to be on MacOS Monterey or newer for that feature.
@@otfgordon Okay, I just actually realized I had done something wrong. I released an updated version (should be the same link you originally downloaded it from). It will hopefully fix that issue for you now!
I’ve got hundreds of videos with no selling! But I need to pay the bills too. If I didn’t sell anything, then I wouldn’t be able to make any videos at all.
@@TheFinalCutBro but I don't know how to export from after effects as transitions presets for premiere. If you have any ideas about this, please update
thanks for the promo code, just got the plugin (Supplier Gumroad) Q: I assume you used it on sec 0.36, if so could you share the file or instructions on the steps taken..Gracias. Really like the fast zoom you used.
So I actually used a plugin from PremiumVFX called Dynamic Transitions. BUT you absolutely could achieve this with the plugin. I would just set the zoom box really small, then set the ease type to accelerate. Then add another zoom to the second clip, with a decelerate easing. It was just faster to plop a pre-made transition on there rather than take the time to build it with this effect haha! It's plugin number 3 in this video ruclips.net/video/4vLf4bAMqOA/видео.html
Perhaps someone can help me my pro burns and pro zoom effects. They are not sitting on top of my timeline… They are merging into the video. This gives me the issue of not being able to drag them, extend them or shorten them. I am sure I'm just missing something. Appreciate the help!
Hey James! It sounds like you’re using the effect version rather than the title version. Just locate your titles in the top left and look for your pro zooms there. That will allow you to drag it above on the timeline.
@@TheFinalCutBro when I did the install, there was no folder in titles. It was a text file. The effects had a folder add the file but the titles file would not download the plug-in. Again, I'm not sure what I'm missing.
@@SellingToolz hey James, this can be worked around pretty quickly! If you just copy the the title version of the pro zooms, then go into your Movies > Motion Templates > Titles folder, you can paste it there and it should install. If you don’t have a titles folder, you can make one. Just label it Titles.localized (the .localized needs to be lower case) and that should set you up! It’s a much more annoying process than it should be, but that’s just how plugin installations go haha! I’m trying to build an easier install method, but hopefully that gets you going!
@@TheFinalCutBro when I go to - movies - motion templates - titles, I can see it there… But it is not showing up in my titles list in FCP. As well, I now have a titles and a titles alias file.

I'm obsessed with this!! thank you for making this plugin and making it so easy to use!

@@TheFinalCutBro Thanks for taking the time to do that, Dylan!

Yes all updates are included and free after purchase! I have several more features I want to add, but haven't had the opportunity to build yet.

These ‘Bro Zooms’ & ‘Bro Burns’ are fantastic! We’ll worth the price, and the discount makes it even better! - question: an editor friend of mine loves your channel (I do too) and it would be fun to get her some FCB Merch for Christmas. Do you have any?
Thanks brother! Worth every Euro-penny 😉
Really amazing. As you say, time saver 😊. I think these plugins will make my life with FCp a little easier. Thank you, Bro. Greetings from Spain.
Thanks so much! Also I love Spain! I was there a few months ago for some work. Spent most my time in Valencia, and a day or two in Madrid. So amazing!
Dylan, awesome young man
hi i bought it rightnow. thank you for your good work! i really apriciate it! wish you good sells and hope you are continue to produce more fcpx plugins. would be cool if we could have a 3D Camera Envoriment for fcpx.
Hi Dylan, how do you have multiple pans? For example
I want to pro zoom into a spot, then pro pan to another spot and then pan to another and eventually keep going back and forth until it pans out.
Yes! If you use the pan, you can move as many times as you need. Just make sure every pan layer is underneath the previous layers!

@@TheFinalCutBro great. i will soon. since i think also vertical video with smart comform is also causing issues.
Best Plugin ever ❤
Question: How different is this from the zoom effect included in MKBHD’s plugin pack from MotionVFX?
@@TheFinalCutBro Thanks for fixing the code! I bought the Pro Zooms and Picture in Picture with the promo code! 🥰🤗
I wish FCP had speed and value graphs to use for things like this, which could let you start or finish a zoom exponentially.
You and me both! I always watch premiere and Davinci users in envy when they use that kind of tool 😂
What an excellent plug-in Dylan. Thank you for this! However, I'm trying to purchase the plugin (on Gumroad) and only getting a response that says "processing..." incessantly. Not sure what to do about that...
And......purchased!
Are you able to use the pro burn over 2 clips and it continue the zoom over the two clips?
Yes indeed!
Hell yeah Dylan, love it and purchased it. Appreciate you putting these together!
Appreciate you supporting the channel Mark!!
Should have named it Bro Zooms. What a missed opportunity! 😂
Haha I actually started building it based off of Bro Zooms, but felt it would be far more searchable with a term like Pro 😂. I REALLY wanted to name it bro zooms.
Lean into your brand bro!
Dylan, Awesome product. Just downloaded the Pro Zoom. I was wonder if there is a way to speed up how quick the zoom is?
@@TheFinalCutBro ahh I got ya I just misunderstood! Thanks so much for the help! Love your videos!

Have you tried MCam? It’s free and also cool!
Yes! Love mCamRig! The problem is panning over to a new element after you’ve zoomed. But highly recommend it!
My bacon has been saved!
@TheFinalCutBro Does ProPan work on its own? I keep getting black borders when I move around a 4K still image on a 1080 timeline
Thanks
Yes! They were made on Apple Silicon

I bought it but i have one question please. When its to short beacuse i dont need something long, why i didnt get out animation??
That’s a limitation from Apple Motion unfortunately. It requires 2 seconds of in animation and 2 seconds of out animation, regardless of how fast you set the animation. A great fix is to cut the zoom in half, and only enable the in animation, then on the second part only enable the out animation. Hope that helps!
Edit: I say Apple Motion cause that’s how I create the plugins for FCP
@@TheFinalCutBro Okay tnx, but can i change it maybe on Motion like something custom, or u have custom please? I would appreciate if u have shorter version of this

Yes you can! Let me know if you have any other questions 👊
@@TheFinalCutBro thanks!
@@metaflexa Yes! There are benefits to both. Sometimes you only want to zoom on a single clip, so you can apply it as an effect. Sometimes you want to zoom on the entire shot, that’s where the titles come into play.
@@TheFinalCutBro sorry I didn’t finish watching the tutorial. I see you mentioned at the end. Thx
On iPad, when I click on more, it doesn’t show the link to get the Zoom plug-ins.
Thanks for letting me know Phillip! Unfortunately, that's likely a problem with Gumroad and not something I have control over. Please send me an email (dylan@thefinalcutbro.com) if you can't get to your download, and I will send it as a direct file.
What is the difference between this and add motion?? Thx
@@TheFinalCutBro no worries as long as we have a work around all is good..this plugin you created is a TIME SAVER!!!! Keep them coming, Dylan.
Dude can I buy this for Finel Cut Pro for iPad?
Unfortunately no! Still waiting for Apple to implement a way for plugins to come over. Hopefully someday soon!
@@TheFinalCutBro I have the same problem as @MetaCulte . And the effect is definitely longer than 2 seconds. Any ideas?
@@theotanase7549 if you cut the title in half, then on the first half select “build in” and deselect “build out” then on the second half deselect “build in” and select “build out”.
This is a direct limitation with FCP, which I can’t get around. But this resolves the issue!

I'm running into an issue with the vertical zoom. It keeps cropping my vertical video into a square and chopping out half of my clip.
Thanks for letting me know! Working on a fix now. Should have it updated in just a few hours.
@@TheFinalCutBro Thank you!! I did just try it on a truly vertical clip and I am running into the same issue.

Q: I assume you used it on sec 0.36, if so could you share the file or instructions on the steps taken..Gracias.

This is the message that I get... The alias “Titles alias” can’t be opened because the original item can’t be found.
