Pretty Jenny JESS CONRAD

Jess Conrad's glory days as a "teen idol" in Britain are more or less forgotten these days, but for a time, he was there with all the big stars of the late Fifties and early Sixties. In fact, watch out for the image I have included in this video of Jess alongside a line-up of some of pop history's greatest artists - a true portrait of Rock and Roll Royalty at that time. "Pretty Jenny" was the last of his three UK chart appearances, scraping in at #50 for just two weeks in October 1962.
