Sir why the ammonia after boiled be cooled by cold water why it not again use for rotate turbine without cooling it
Because if ammonia after boiled not be cooled , it will not be able to take up heat from hot water to complete next cycle
Condensor : reduce pressure of ammonia at turbine outlet & turbine inlet pressure increased.
It allow more expansion in turbine.
So turbine give more power

You have to mention that Ammonia vapour is cooled/condensed by deeper sea water to ammonia liquid and then the cycle completes

Could the OTEC system be modified to absorb excessive heat from the cooling towers of Nuclear Power Plants and or the spent fuel rod storage pools ?
Such a system MIGHT have a Return On Investment and MIGHT be able to power a safe shut down in an emergency with or without diesel generators. All of which can present some very real problems and the OTEC may very well be a viable solution.
