I've been thinking about making a metal door i would have it hallow obvious, and I would put extra metal bars inside of the door to reinforce it, I was also thinking why not put concrete inside of the door, like basically make it so no concrete gets into were the moving parts are but the rest of the door thats hallow is full of the concrete, would that be a good idea? Only thing I can think of that would make that idea not so great is the weight.

i work with metal my guess is 2-3mm cold rolled sheet 40x40x4 mm angel iron and 50x50 2mm wall thickness box tube
We need to know the thickness of the sheet and procedure to welding it on to prevent warping
Nice work again. What type of weldingrods did you use? 6013? And what diameter, 2, 5mm?
He is using around 80 amps, so I would assume it is 6013/2.5mm, It is popular here in Algeria for this kind of jobs.
Where do you get the weld in lock box and hinge pins ?
