Did you have to bore and hone the sleeves? I really want to replace my liners when I rebuild the engine but I don’t have the time to pull the engine to have it bored
I have a d750 that needs a complete rebuild…I’m looking at complete overhaul kits with sleeves, do I order a kit for STD cylinder liners? Do I have to have the block bored for them? Appreciate any help, Thanks

please cover up those fuel outlets. there will get almost certainly metal parts inside this way

Replace sleeve if needed
I thought you had to re-bore the block replace stock Kubota liners ?
You have to bore the block and fit the liners and rebore the liners for the pistons to fit. These must be finished liners fitted.
Never seen sleeves removed this way,but anything possible.
