@@theguide_val actually really really good video. makes things simple and easy to understand, and gets me to start thinking about statistical averages in ranked. I couldn't count how many times my teammates have said "they rotate really fast" and continued to try to 5 man ram a single site. Probably safe to assume other teams might do the same thing
This covers the most common issue in the game , having no impact and having no control over the game resulting in coin flipping almost every game or relying on aim or winning ur duels. Great video! Make part 2 for the attacking side please
Right to the point, easy to understand and go back to. I think you should note that if you really want to see your mistakes, record your games. Because then going back to this video will connect the dots.
Great video i strugged with this especially bc i was a yoru main i got complacency with his tp and would use that so i never properly rotated with ithe agents
so as a killjoy player, i should leave my setups to lockdown the site just to get impact kills? isn‘t my purpose to anchor down a site and only rotate to the other one when spike is planted?
So much knowledge man thx ! As a jett main i have reached ascendant but now i am struggling with defense if i am on A site they push B vice versa ( in pistol rounds ) any suggestions for this?
Well in pistol you can only try to guess or go by experience where they start more often. Or you can play mid on maps like Ascent and then rotate immediately on first contact (see the clip from Derke in the video, he arrived on A in time to carry the pistol).
One of the things I struggle most as a recon initiator is making plans for my team based on how the ennemies are playing do you have any tips on that? Also great video would love to see a part 2
I would say you have to think about how the enemy team plays/positions and then try to make that uncomfortable for them with your util. When they 5man rush a site, then it's really good to reveal high up on a structure behind/above them so your team basically has wallhack on them while they run out on site. Or when an enemy plays close bottom mid on Ascent, you can tell your team to go mid and you reveal bottom mid to try and punish the player.

Danke bro, bin hardstuck immortal 1 und habe das Gefühl dass mir die Tips hier echt weiterhelfen werden. Genau das Gefühl dass das Game nicht wirklich in meiner Hand liegt habe ich nämlich sehr oft
NO, CAN'T RELATE, MY COMP GAMES R DEFINITELY ONLY IN MY CONTROL AS ONLY I CAN KILL IN MY TEAM AND ONLY MY MISTAKES LOSE US THE ROUNDS COZ EVEN IF MY TEAM DONT MAKE MISTAKES THEY CANT KILL ANYWAY
this game legit so stupid all the normal fundamentals doesnt apply , i explain NEVER should you ever assume you should rotate cause a push is coming in cs your supposed to keep ur bombsite tight and only rotate on bomb calls this prevent you from getting faked while also making sure you dont die rotating. Now we have valorant coach telling us you should always over rotate if you assume they are rushing which is braindead play and shouldnt be a thing

Yeah, it's actually a very valuable skill to be able to read your opponents. Because there is a counter to every playstyle/tendency the enemy team has

Yep, it's a really interesting and eye opening topic! Will probably get to making a part two sooner than later :)

Thank you man!
Epic video man, would love to see part 2 aswell!
Any other video on "how to carry" theme was really useless compared to this one. Thank you, it was really helpful and making sense.

You scan one place before pushing site so that your team doesn't need to clear it

Step one: have good aim
Step 2: have good aim
You mispelled taught, and it's triggering me a lot. Bit again, it was good click bait to bring me here. So good job
