Please allow me to correct myself in this video. The cooling systems are the same. Not sure why I said otherwise. Also, battery size on the OP12 is 5400mAh whereas battery size on the OnePlus 12r is 5500 mAh. Sorry about the confusion. I guess I shouldn't make videos after having a super long busy day.. Lol

I got 12 hours screen on time yesterday with my One plus 12. Gaming for like 3 hours, watched RUclips, scrolled tiktok instagram all that. Crazy.

Another well laid out video. The latest trend seems to be mid-range devices that feature a 1 or 2 year old flagship processor. That's not good news for the processors that are actually made for that endeavor but, I like the trend. In this instance, the Snapdragon 8 generation 2 chipset will be relevant for many years to come. Just because it's a year old doesn't make it worse.
Personally, I chose the 12 over the 12R. Of course, I have my own reasons for doing that. Still, if I had chosen the 12R I wouldn't feel short-changed. I already own an 11 which features the same chipset. I require two devices so, I have exactly what I need.
The battery life is insane on the OnePlus 12 I'm at 20 hours since it was last charged to 100% and so I have let's see... I have 5 hours 20 minutes SOT and i still have 60% battery left.

Now that is the best saying ever. Midrange Flagship sounds better than any Flagship Killer statement. I cringe every time I hear Flagship Killer. If a phone never competes with a Flagship, then it is not a Flagship Killer at all, SIMPLE.
And I do have the 12R 256, 16gb Ram.

Great video and presentation. You have a clear voice...I have tried to watch other videos but with foreign accents etc it was too distracting.
Both phones are definite best bang for the buck. I know people that own both and say they both are the same in real life despite tech spec differences.
Wireless charging appealed to me until an OP 12 owner said he switched the thin OP brick cable to a thicker cable and usually leaves it plugged in while surfing and he does not bother with the wireless. Hmmm cause I do that now with my non wireless phone. So that takes out that OP 12 advantage...further more other OP12R users say between the battery life and super fast charge time..they do not need or care about wireless charging.
There are very good discounts and deals on both these phones that will bring them down to an insanely low price!!! Do your research and no need to send in an old phone. In fact, you may be much better off keeping your old phone as back up, to take your time transferring things etc, or selling it yourself.
