Jason, this must have been a devestation moment you got this diagnosis but you are so right. So many diseases may get better with health food, a minimum of stress and a mindful, possibly spiritual lifestyle. And I know of the power of painting, it has helped me tremendously the first 2 years after my life has changed. I still paint at times but I cannot do so anymore with my favourite medium, which was oil, for health reasons. Thank you so much for sharing. ❤
That is such a shame you are unable to use oils now. Anything creative is incredibly theraputic isn't it. I'm glad you still manage to paint occasionally. I can't believe you have been to beautiful Stockbridge.I used to pass through it everyday on my way to work. It's not far from where I live. I hope you liked it. What a lovely Dog Archie is, I bet you will miss him. I hope to have my camper van on the road next month so I'm really excited about travelling but I really admire your courage travelling solo and driving around Europe.

And yes, Stockbridge was wonderful but even better the lovely company of Anya, one of my subscribers. I hope you will be filming a little when you are travelling? Would love to follow along.
