    Looks like a Morris Minor engine, looking at the crank shaft end.

    Standard Triumph rear end. Off of the Standard 10 or Pennant. Diff 4.55:1

    The dash panel is Vynide covered steel not aluminum.

    The frame should be a bluish gray not black on early series two Sevens

      There are two locations with identification numbers on our car. The easiest to find is the identification plate, which is mounted on the cowl next to the pedals. The other is the chassis number, which is stamped on the passenger's side cross member on the floor. This number can is hard to read, as it's painted over.
