Interesting how some wrestlers have radically different interactions/experiences with road agents. London and Kendrick had a negative experience with Ted but Danny Doring, for example, had a positive experience. Kash had a negative experience with Steamboat but London and others loved working with him. And so on..

    • @foxbear60

People are going to form an opinion based on one moment in time. Hearing this, it could be just as easy to interpret that Ted was trying to let Joey know that it wasn't WWE losing faith in him, it was to let him heal. One poorly chosen word paints this differently.

Could you guys get DiBiase Jr. on the pod with you to talk? He's retired now, I know, but seems a sweetheart (nicer than his father) and very open to questions. Reckon he'd be an interesting guest, with a lot of insight and plenty to say about the dark underbelly of the business. Though I guess after Paul shooting like this, Ted Jr. probably wouldn't go for it.

Ted Dibiase , the guy that said many years ago how bad WWF was to watch,, then crawls back and works there, Honestly if I had worked there when Dibiase did and even the late 1990’s into the early 00’s and saw what the product had become in late 2005 to today, I wouldn’t want to have anything to do with WWE and would have moved on and started a new chapter in my life and leave my wrestling career as just a wonderful memory.
