    Nice Work. I added matrixes to the columns in front mounted to a PVC frame. Something to consider.

    Thank you so much, I was wondering if you could use an external power source to do power injections and this completely answered my question, thanks means a lot 🤗

    Please show me photos of close up how you mount the roof arches outlines. Do you take those lights on the roof off end of the season of leave it on the roof outlines?

    Some nice tips. For mounting the PVC to the house / garage who did you do that? I don't really want to drill into the siding and I want a clean look.

    Great video but why 5Volts? Wouldn't 12V really help eliminate a lot of your injection?

      12v would require twice the power supplies. Nothing wrong with power injection.

    What boxes are you mounting your receiver boards in? I just ordered my f16v3 controller and need to get some receivers ordered too now I see. Did you say a 5v 18a power supply is enough to run things, going to have to order those too...oh man I’m getting excited to have a display this year...rocking the Christmas...

      For the small receiver boards i used originally CG-500 boxes. This year I am swapping the CG-500 boxes for CG-1500. It is just too crammed in the CG500 box with the smaller 18amp power supply. I am converting to cg1500s and 30 amp power supplies. more room and more power.

    Oh another quick question...wire gauge...which have you had the best luck using?

    • @Bigrob444
      @Bigrob444  6 лет назад +1

      My whole setup is 5V 18 gauge on the pixels. 2017 and 2018 I used 4/18 for power injection. 2019 I am stepping up to 4/16 for power injection. I always use 2 wires for positive and 2 for negative of the 4 wire cable. Hopefully this answers your questions?
