I watched Kat on PBS Austin City Limits show. Loved her performance and in particular her voice! Best of success for a refreshing new talent! It would not surprise me to see her in motion pictures in the near future!!
There is so much charter in the way she sings this. I heard it on the radio and pictured a very animated performance of this song. Love it. :-) Great, great job. can't wait to get the CD.
jazz is a very broad genre. I'm sure the reason you don't get it is because you haven't listened to the right jazz. it's great that you've tried hard to like it though.
