Ashley thank you for the great interview. Have you have ordered your Stargazer pan? I have vintage cast iron. Wagner Ware, Griswold, BSR and Lodge. Also have modern Lodge. Just received my Stargazer 10.5 a a week ago. Also ordered the 12 inch. Let me tell you that I love my Stargazer pan! Can't wait for the 12 inch to come. I haven't used anything else since I gotten it. Peter and his team are making high quality cast iron pans that I have no problem recommending to anyone!!!! I did order the pre-seasoned pans and have only gotten the 10.5 inch. Even my wife is using it! She wouldn't use any of the others. She just didn't feel comfortable using them. If you enjoy the flavor and cooking with cast iron do yourself a favor and get yourself a Stargazer! Can't wait for the lids and the other new products! For I am sure they will be of top quality and made in the U.S.A.!!!!! Thanks for the interview Ashley!
That's great to hear! But I'm not surprised. So many people rave about Stargazer. I hope to get one before long. Very exciting to hear they're working on lids and a Dutch oven. :) Be sure to check out the other videos, too. I'll have several more to post soon, all from American companies that produce their cast iron here in the US!
@@ashleyljones I was just about to check your video tab for just this reason. I ordered my 10" Stargazer right after the KickStarter ended and took a year to get. Do Not regret my decision even though it's the first(?) iteration of the smooth bottom that others complained about. And that marblely look on the inside is so beautiful.
Thanks for the feature, Ashley!
Love that it was important to you that it be made in the U.S.A.!!! Thank you Peter and team!
I regard to lids, I think it would be a GREAT idea to make a griddle pan that doubles as a lid for the regular skillet. Two for one deal!
Those are nice pieces for sure!
