It's about abuse of power regardless of the gender of the offender. I knew a male co-worker who had to leave his prior job because of the harassment of his female boss. She wouldn't leave him alone even though he was a married man faithful to his wife. I knew of another case involving a young man and I could see the distress it caused him. He confided in me and I backed him up when he filed a complaint.
Ok why would he sleep with this woman if he so-called knew her intentions. I’m sure he went along with it to better his career and took advantage and after he got what he wanted then he decided to play Victim. Come on think about this situation it’s much different than your friends situation. This went public because he wanted end the relationship knowing all along he was playing her for political gains.

If a woman slept with a man because he was her boss and then came out later saying he used his power to gain the relationship you would be up in arms about it. You don’t know the facts and neither do I so I’m not going to say either of them is innocent. If proof comes out she put tracking devices in his car you’re going to look stupid.

The comments are proof in the pudding as to why it's more difficult for men to come forward with sexual harassment complaints than women .. his allegations are exactly the same as women who have experienced workplace harassment but yet people seem to place more responsibility on him for what occured .. being in those kinds of situations is not as easy as many of think

I worked 13yrs as a harassment investigator and I've seen things that women will do to men that would blow your mind ... no one ever wants to believe that men are victims of sexual harassment

It’s about time!!! I hope he wins. Some women thing they can accuse men of things like this and society buys their crap!! Then men are shamed into silence. I’m glad he is speaking up!! I have been writing all my college papers on subjects like this. Men are abused too. In the same ways women are and it’s time to recognize it! As a female, I have tried to shine a light on this in my own family.

Even if the roles were reversed, this would still sound suspicious to me. Working from home means working from YOUR HOME. If this was truly all about work, then there would have been no need for him to go to her home because there's nothing work-related he can do from her home that couldn't be done from his own home. This sounds more like an "entanglement" gone wrong. I know lots of people who are working from home and none of them are working from their bosses home. My opinion is that it was consensual and when he or she wanted to break it off he went cray cray and cried victim. A lot of women get into consensual relationships too and when something goes wrong, they cry victim. I'm aware that men can legitimately be victimized but this doesn't sound like that's what this was to me. It'll be interesting to hear the conclusion of this.

Im not understanding how he was "forced" into a relationship under these circumstances. He could have simply filed a complaint once he had concrete evidence of the harassment, resigned and worked somewhere else until it was resolved. There's definitely more to this and I expect the outcome will be worth a few laughs but nothing too crazy. Most likely a waste of time when there's way bigger issues in that community that actually effect people's lives.
