I rolled 1st try Q/E/15 reload and it's tradable 🤯
Mine is B/E/15…it was rolled Ex/25/15 so I changed it. I love the red explosions sfx 😊
@@RedVoteRedemption my first roll was ts/e/3p and then made a new one to roll and put aa/e/bs mods on second one
I just got this thing a few minutes ago and got pretty lucky on its 2 star and 3 star.. got explosive rounds on 2 star, preception+3 on the three star and had a quad box already to put on it.. thing slaps with the right build, its not the most insane weapon we've had but its taking over my commando/railway rifle build for awhile for sure just because its neat.
Fantastic weapon! On my 5th try, I got a Quad-Explosive-Vats enhanced. So happy right now, but still trying to learn vamps and bloodied. I only managed to get a god roll Auto axe by rolling a vamp axe, and then attaching a 40% power attk. I still think that the speed of the railway rifle was nerfed because they were introducing the v63.

I actually tested the Quad Explosive variant over on the PTS and it hit like a truck 🤯 awesome weapon!
At tier 1 He was also selling the plans for me.

Thank you for the video it's good that you brought up the quad effect. Play I'm a bloody build and would have went with bloody but I do have a quad mod sitting in my stash box as well as a -25 vats and a 50 crown damage so that's going to be my first roll on this weapon once I obtain it. Excited to get on the game later tonight if not I'll get it tomorrow again thank you for the video

Quad is a bit much except for boss fights. It should really shine then. Mine is BE15
I've seen some reports on reddit that trading the gun to players that don't have the quest unlock can screw them out of the quest currently.
@lffayen it's what happened to me. Now, I am trying to figure out a workaround :(
I got it today just a little bit ago. I was low on screws so I could only craft a lvl 10 😭
Got it last grinded till about 12:30 pretty powerful

I put bloodied on mine since I don’t plan on holding down the trigger when fighting especially since I don’t do boss fights with it
Bloodied is great with the weapon 😍
As I mentioned, it's still extremely powerful with that effect, however for those big boss fights then Quad is the way to go

Good and informative video tho i really feel like i need to make a point on the legendary effect because i strongly disagree with quad being the best effect.
I got the weapons a few hours after the update came and did some testing, i equiped the best capacitor and the best stock (overclock and forceful) and the testing was done on an endgame bloodied commando build with a Q2525 V63 laser carbine.
First of all overheating, you need to continuously shoot for 12 seconds for the weapon to overheat, 9 seconds with rapid legendary effect. The weapon cool down very quickly, if you get staggered when you'll be able to shoot agin the weapon will have cooled down so you have to continuously shoot to get the best out of it with quad.
I did my testing on Earl, in terms of pure damage it dosent come even close to a railway, even with the right set up (so all commando and sience perk + high volatge hefe and overdrive) for multiple reason, being so AP intensive you can't continuously crit and you will be taken off of the head so you have to maintain very good accuracy if you want to terget only weak points.
After that i replaced quad by bloodied and it just feels better, you get more raw damage out of it and i really feel like it isn't a boss killer, it feels more like a mobbing weapon, a pretty good one at that, i would say it performs similarly to a B2525 auto epr and i haven't had the chance to test it on a boss yet with that set up, maybe it'll be better but i really feel like it's not a boss killer

You jave to have the vault 63 missions done or have all the key cards.
The mods arent that exoensive my butt lol i can barely keep caps with the caravan stuff
so i havent done the shannadoah quest started the unconventinal quest and automatically completed and now i cant get the carbine? any ideas? do i just need to do the lost quest? helpp
Why is everyone using the carbine like a fixer? Bethesda literally said it's a loud hipfire weapon. Its not ment for stealth or vats.
Why are you worried about how other people are using their weapons? The weapon works great in vats, not sure why that bothers you. There’s obvious advantages to using vats like the ability to hit crits, which you can’t do from the hip.
You are right. I equipped 2 perks of ground pounder and I can run around hip firing headshots while the meta noobs don't even know how to use it 😂

This is the same game that released with an intact dev room that players found their way into, so personally I don't care HOW Bethesda "says" to use it. I really can't understand why everyone like it. Low dmg, high ap cost, bad ironsights, ammo inefficient. Nerfed railway is better at everything. If only this had good colimator and 30% more dmg...
So I’m a bloody commando build I mainly use a Bloody explosive railway rifle but was looking for some to switch it up with since the ammo weighs a lot and the weapon breaks fast all the time 😂🤦🏻♂️idk if this is worth using to get a bloody explosive or a quad

@@MichaelsExplorations if you make quest now you'll get bloodied. Watch videos about it. I bought mine for 20k caps.

I’m a bloody Camando build and I mainly use a blood explosive railway but it’s a pain because the ammo weighs so much and I can only hold so much at a time I also have a quad railway they both break fast I want to switch it up with something else herd this is not that powerful idk 🤷🏻♂️ would be cool to get a bloody explosive and a quad 😂😂
Normally a vats sniper. This guy just eats AP too much. May stick with QEAP Caster
Na I can’t with those perk cards as a bloody build. Math wise there isn’t a massive difference with DOT. I know it’s encouraged to get Quad for it but I’m giving up way too many good perk cards for cards like four leaf clover and grim reaper lol

In order to gain access to that room, you have to do the quest "The Powerhouse of the Cell", you get it from the security chief in the ghoul vault under Dark Hollow Manor.
The Skyline Valley update has been out since the 12th of June my guy, which if you've played through the storyline, will unlock all of the rooms and obtain all the keys you need to enter to get passed the security gate.
If you would've preferred the video to go on for another 10 -15 mins detailing how to to complete all of the necessary quests to get into Vault 63, then fair enough, however as I explained at the start of the video, this is a quick and easy guide on how to get the weapon , The V63 Laser Carbine👍
