7-Star Serperior Tera Raid Event (Pokemon Scarlet/Violet)

The 7-Star Tera Raid event that was going through
September 20th - September 22nd 2024
My Delphox setup:
Mystical Fire
Sunny Day
Calm Mind
Skill Swap
Ability: Blaze
Item: Shell Bell
EVs 252 Sp. Attack/ 4 Sp. Defense/ 252 Speed
Nature: Timid
Easier than I anticipated. Just have a Pokemon get rid of its Contrary ability and then stat down it with Mystical Fire and Alastor using Lunge to lower its attack from Iron Tail and win. Another one for the books. :)

Nature: Timid
Absolutely use Skill Swap on first turn to eliminate its Contrary ability so you can use Mystical Fire on it while lowering its Sp. attack while super effecting in at the same time. Sunny Day is only used for a more reliable way to boost your fire attack. Overheat can actually work here after Skill Swapping for Contrary, but only works as long Serperior doesn't Gastro Acid you again which is where Calm Mind or Nasty Plot can safely be used here if your ability gets eliminated again. For a reminder: ABSOLUTELY use Skill Swap first thing into battle.
